Excellent service and skill! I was surprised that I got an appointment on the same day that I called to ask for an estimate. I was not only told when and who would be coming to my home, but I also received a text with a photo and a map to track the technician AND he called to let me know he was on the way. Now, this young man was very polite and friendly and exceptionally good at communicating all issues. I also received 3 estimates and clear, concise explanations for each one. I needed a follow-up a few days later, for a possibly unrelated issue and was happy to see the same technician (Kyle!) return and got everything up and running smoothly. I can't recommend Precision highly enough!

He took pride in the work he did for us and the assist cable and spring replacement were done right! After the job was done, we tested ,inspected and Daniel made sure he left a clean area. ON Nov. 31 2025 Mike a technician from Precision came to my home to fix a broken cable on my garage door. First thing he did was to inspect the door. After he explained that I had other problems that had to be fixed. I agreed with him. He then went to work. He worked fast and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone how may have garage door problems.
