Discussed with me options on how I wanted it repaired as well as showed options to replace my existing doors due to age. Late last night, I heard a loud noise that sounded like something fell on my house. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I then tried to open my garage door and it wouldn’t open. I went on YouTube found out that I needed to replace a door spring, which I could not do. I had a flyer from Precision Overhead Garage Door service. I called them and they came the same day. The service technician Daniel was very professional and friendly. He gave me various options to fix my garage door. I chose the most basic option because I believed all I needed to replace was a spring. He replaced the spring fast and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did and I would highly recommend them. The only problem I have is that they try to upsell you with additional options that are very expensive. It’s not an hard sell, but if you’re not careful, you could spend thousands more than you intended. Other than that, they are great and I would use them again.

Garage door stopped working and it is our main access and egress into house. Precision was able to schedule a technician fairly quickly. The entire process was great, from the frequent communications regarding confirmation, reminders and technician on the way messages! Shane was fantastic, taking the time to communicate the problem and offering several new door opener solutions. Once the door opener was selected, Shane had it up and running in under 3 hours! Kudos to the entire Precision team!
