Excellent service, Great communication with there office, Service Man was excellent ( Killian ) neat & clean, Very Courteous. He install new seal on bottom of my garage door, greased and oiled all parts that need to be done. Did complete checkout of any future work that may need to be done since my door system old, but still in good shape. Very Happy with Precision Garage Door Company.

Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward. Once we agreed on next steps, Jesse replaced the old hardware with new upgrade ones with quality workmanship in a short duration of time. From start to finish the process exemplified a high level of professionalism and detail. Highly recommended.

I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I went searching for garage door repair and the locale where I live and saw the website, looked at the ratings, looked at the people and booked well after midnight. I was happy to see the opening time slot. Both the manager and the technician were amazing. If you ever, ever, ever do something as dumb as I did and accidentally damage the garage door or if you run into damage like a burned out motor or spring or anything as they describe, book them to come out and offer their advice. You won't regret the experience. Infinite professionalism, infinite patience, infinite understanding of the circumstances.
