Wonderful service! I heard from someone within 15 minutes of scheduling an appointment and he (Kyle) showed up15 minutes later, figured out what the problem was and gave me several options to resolve it. Needed professional garage door service today, so the hunt began. Looking through the website, Precision had excellent reviews, so I gave them a call. Phone assistance was excellent & scheduled an appointment same day, today. I was told who would be arriving & what time. I then received a call from Brian B. with his exact time. Upon his promt arrival he was nothing less than a 5 star. He was courteous, kind, thoughtful & professional. We were given different options to fit our needs. Brian did an excellent job. The name of the company Precision fits Brian personally. He is definitely an honorable & kind man. It's rare today to find a service were you actually feel comfortable & trust with that person. Brian is that person. Overall, great experience & recommend!

The new doors we had installed look great. The install was very professionally done. The installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer our questions and offered advice on how to keep the doors trouble free. The doors actually came faster than expected which was a plus. Precision never disappoints. I called the day before and Brian arrived promptly the next day to replace my faulty keypad. He also noted the crack where the hook attaches in the garage door and recommended that it be fixed since the springs were 20 years old and putting stress on the motor. I appreciate that Brian was able to fix everything on the spot and didn't have to come back another day saving me a potentially more expensive job in the future. It's clear that Precision values excellent customer service and has a friendly and professional business model. Highly recommend Precision !!
