10/10 review! Our technician Isaac was excellent from the first outreach through completion of the service. Having a few rough estimates from other service providers, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Precisions outreach was clear through the entire process from the initial scheduling through the day of service. He clearly articulated his recommendations and built out a tiered service plan that fit my budget. He did a great job educating me in regards to how to make the best selection and kept me informed through the job. A few hours before family visit - my cable snapped & spring cracked! I called - and was shockingly surprised- a human got on the call and told me someone could be there within a couple hours - sane day!!! True to statement - Daniel let me know he was in the way - showed up - pleasant- friendly- git right to it - identified and communicated what happened & how he could fix it! Having everything he needed in the truck - went to work ….completed it - communicated when done, cleaned up - just as my family arrived!! We are repeat customers of Precision Doors. They have serviced our doors and they have replaced the motors in both of the doors. The technicians are top-notch, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and all around the best! They give three estimates of the work that needs to be done; sometimes I take the lowest estimate and often I take the highest one because I know that the work will be 100% perfect and warrantied. From experience, I know that if a Precision garage door tech shows up, my troubles are over. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors, heard a loud bang and saw cables all over the place. I booked an appointment late that night and was given an appointment the next afternoon. Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward. Once we agreed on next steps, Jesse replaced the old hardware with new upgrade ones with quality workmanship in a short duration of time.
