The company was BBB rated and I read the reviews which were very good so I gave them a call. After meeting with their representative and discussing design options and a price quote, we decided to move forward. We are glad we did. We have a beautiful new garage door that was installed in less than 2 hours. It's quiet and keeps our garage much warmer than the old door. We're very happy we chose Precision.

Daniel's work and knowledge of his craft were superb. Kind and polite, he set to work sorting out the problem with my garage door system. He installed a new motor and associated parts quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend Daniel for any of your garage door needs. My only complaint (not with Daniel) is with the exterior keypad that came with my package. It does not have a cover, which in the winter may cause complications as it will be exposed to the elements. It will be especially concerning during the winter months.

Was able to book a next day service. Very professional process. Mike arrived on time, did a quick analysis And provided 3 options. I took the most comprehensive one and in under 2 hours the job was done. Mike was very professional, knew his stuff and talked me through the process. Not cheap but I would recommend Precision GD to friends and neighbors.

I purchased 2 garage door openers from Lowes with installation. Lowes installer screwed up the installation. Isaac from Precision Garage Door Service came to the rescue. He did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Isaac in particular.

Really pleasant people to deal with. Right from making a call to setup appointment and to the tech showing up to help me determine what I needed. Their tech, Isaac, was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing, how each of the models of openers worked and the best way to mount the opener. Kyle was great. Started to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our door opener before even trying to sell me a new one. Explained all the issues and went over all our options. Ended up going with a new opener since ours was way past its prime. Kyle was quick and efficient and very professional. Highly recommend!

My grandma and grandad live in their own and the stairs had become trip hazard for them. Their garage door key was misplaced and the garage also needed mechanical work.
