He arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue the motherboard on my existing garage door motor had fried. Daniel walked me through all the replacement options he had available on the spot, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose the best fit. He installed the new system quickly and professionally. His knowledge really showed, and he took the time to walk me through how the new controllers worked so I felt confident using everything before he left. The level of service was above and beyond truly a 10-star experience. I’ll definitely be using Precision Door Service again and will be recommending them to friends. Highly impressed!

Excellent service and skill! I was surprised that I got an appointment on the same day that I called to ask for an estimate. I was not only told when and who would be coming to my home, but I also received a text with a photo and a map to track the technician AND he called to let me know he was on the way. Now, this young man was very polite and friendly and exceptionally good at communicating all issues. I also received 3 estimates and clear, concise explanations for each one. I needed a follow-up a few days later, for a possibly unrelated issue and was happy to see the same technician (Kyle!) return and got everything up and running smoothly. He took pride in the work he did for us and the assist cable and spring replacement were done right! After the job was done, we tested ,inspected and Daniel made sure he left a clean area. ON Nov. 31 2025 Mike a technician from Precision came to my home to fix a broken cable on my garage door. First thing he did was to inspect the door. After he explained that I had other problems that had to be fixed. I agreed with him. He then went to work. He worked fast and clean.
