They went over in detail all options. Once the work was done they reviewed it with me and my family and answered all questions. Dan was awesome! Showed up first thing, explained the repairs and future options. In this negative degree weather, I know it wasn't easy but he was conscious of the temperature and tried to keep the door closed as much as possible. As this is the second time they have done a repair for me, I won't use anyone else!
