Precision Garage Door installer Daniel Flores arrived at our house this morning - on time as scheduled . . . and he replaced the defective Garage Door Opener - which was installed 40 years ago when our house was built. He had a replacement Garage Door Opener and was able to install it within two hours. GREAT JOB!!! I personally had thought that it wouldn't be done until sometime next week. . . .

I am delighted to offer Dan Flores a tribute for his work in repairing our electric garage door system. Dan called in advance to inform me he was on his way, he showed up when he said he expected to and promptly went right to work. He then thoroughly examined every aspect of the door system, indicating some component issues that were not the primary problem but advising that they might eventually require needed attention. When Dan ID’d the primary problem, he indicated he was confident he could resolve it on the spot; having all the necessary parts to do so with him. He provided me three different options I had to get the system operating again and carefully outlined the “good, better, best” alternatives and the subsequent charges for each one of the choices. After making my choice, he promptly got to work, had completed the job in an hour and a half, then provided me User's Guide information material and explained how every new function operated and answered any/all questions I had. In wrapping up, he cleaned up the debris and failed parts, leaving the garage cleaner than it was when he got there! I called this morning requesting repair of a broken garage door spring. I was told someone would show up between 12 and 4 today. Anthony called me around 1PM and said he would be here shortly and arrived about 10 minutes later. We went over the repairs needed and agreed what was to be done. He was done within the hour and did what I asked. The whole process was simple and Anthony was easy to work with. The cost of the repair was in the range with prices I found by google search.

Percision door was able to repair garage door on a Sunday a day after it broke. Their Representative, Kyle was very professional. He pointed out and explained the problems with the garage door and the various options to repair. He completed work expertly and efficiently. The price for repair was very reasonable
