Daniel was great! We had a cable/spring failure after one of our rollers jammed. He inspected the issue thoroughly before beginning to work on replacing the hardware and was communicative at each step. It looks to be in great shape now.

Daniel was exceptional, pleasant and courteous. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I had pulleys, springs and cables replaced and 2 new belt drive openers to replace my clunky decades old openers. He did a great job and I have quiet, smooth openers now. It's a relief. Our overall experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been awesome start to finish starting with Michael who came out to the house to provide an estimate and thoroughly going over our options and pricing. Next, we worked with scheduling and the woman (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) was very personable and made scheduling our appointment easy, lastly Anthony our installation technician was great too! He arrived on time, was very personable and walked us through the installation process and got to work! He kept the work area very clean and was finished in just under a few hours! He even took our old garage door with him to dispose so we didn't have to worry about it. The team we worked with made this process and easy and not stressful by providing excellent customer service every step of the way, and offered pricing that was very affordable. The appointment reminders were great so we didn't feel forgotten and we would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone!

Dan did a great job of fixing and then installing a new opener for my door. Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied. I would suggest anyone in need of their garage door(s) replaced and/or service should call Precision Garage Door Service. They earned 10 stars for a job well done. Thank You for the care you and the team displayed during the entire process.
