Brian contacted me prior to his arrival and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and patient, taking time to explain what he would be doing. Most importantly, he was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He did a comprehensive evaluation of my 59 year old garage doors and after doing a tune up, presented me with several options to consider for the future. All of our interaction was very cordial and there was no pressure to make an immediate decision regarding a major restoration or replacement. I would gladly use his services again.

Daniel fixed both my doors that were making an awful noise opening and closing. Changed out most of the parts and lubricated. Showed me how and when to lubricate in the future. He was very competent and professional. Highly recommend him.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.

Dan did a fabulous job. I had the motorized lifts for both garage doors changed as well as the springs, all the wheels, etc. My garage doors never worked so well. Precision is expensive, but I am happy with the results. I highly recommend them and Dan.

You run a very professional company. I was impressed from the first phone as I was scheduled for the same day and treated with courtesy and competency. My service provider Kyle was amazing. He was respectful, friendly, and very competent. I was extremely impressed with the multiple texts, providing me with ongoing arrival time and the name of my service provider and a photo of him.
