I had no idea what to expect but I was surprised on the outcome! Jesse P. was the service guy to do the work. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He let me know the work to be done and different price options that were available. The work was done and I was extremely satisfied with the service and quality done. I highly recommend Precision Garage and if your lucky enough, please request Jesse P. Awesome guy and made sure all was completed and work was satisfactory!

This review is for Isaac Ward of Precision Garage Door ( Dutchess County NY); wow! What wonderful service I received today from Isaac. He called ahead to confirm his arrival and was respectful of my property. Isaac was professional in appearance and demeanor and thoughtful in his recommendations. At issue may be electrical, but if not, I will definitely be requesting Isaac to install a new system. Also noteworthy is the great communication from the scheduling and administrative office! Great job, one and all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Inspection to determine why my garage door is not working Isaac Ward was phenomenal. He showed up on time with advanced warning so I could prep. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was thoughtful in his recommendations. I will need to check with an electrician and then make a determination from there. We called Precision late Friday afternoon for an emergency repair (torsion spring snapped and our car was trapped in the garage as we could not physically open the door). We were scheduled for service on Saturday morning. The window was 10-2 and he arrived around 10:50 am. David was our technician and he was fantastic. He communicated well as to when he would arrive. He listened intently to the issue we had, carefully evaluated the problem, and offered us three levels of remedies for it. Once we chose what we wanted, he completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Overall, our emergency was remedied in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the work. Many thanks for freeing my car from the garage!

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.
