On 5/1/26, Daniel Flores and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to the rescue ONCE AGAIN AND SAVED THE DAY. I say ONCE AGAIN because Dan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and fixed our other garage door back in Nov 2024. Because Dan did such an amazing job, I made sure to contact Precision again to fix my 2nd garage door issues, while requesting for Dan. Dan was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, sincere, and immediately assessed the situation. He assured me the issue was not the garage door itself or the garage door motor, but the hardware and springs managing and pulling. Dan explained what was causing the multiple issues, that the main spring was about to snap, and provided multiple options at different price points to have a complete overhaul of all hardware, springs, cables, pulleys, bearing rollers, etc. Dan went above and beyond the call of duty and tested everything multiple times, showed me best practices for preventative maintenance for the future, and topped off the visit by spraying oil into the pulley’s of the hardware he replaced on my other garage door 2 years ago. Kyle kept me informed during the process and performed the install perfectly.He had a calm attitude and very professional.Performed a check of the existing opener and recommended a replacement unit.He went ahead and replaced the opener and went the extra mile to set the code in my vehicle to work with all openers.We tried this procedure numerous times on our own over the last three years to no avail.I would recommend Kyle anytime ! What a great experience I had with technician Mr.Isaac Ward. Mr. Ward came here and gave me a fair and honest assessment of the property and the problem. I’m having with my garage doors. What an amazing experience from an amazing person and it was just an absolute pleasure to have him at my home and for him to walk me through the things I will need for a repair. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I was never pressured to choose one over the other, rather I was educated about each option, which was a pleasure and very much appreciated. Kyle then went ahead with my approved option. He was professional, courteous and personable. Within 45 minutes Kyle completed the repair. He then methodically and carefully checked all the work he had done. In short, Kyle is a wonderful and knowledgeable technician. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of this company. From my first telephone call to the completion of the job. The prompt service was amazing! It is unheard of these days to have a company respond immediately. Your technician,Dan was very courteous and explained everything up front and even after he finished he described what he had done. Mostly I was impressed that Dan asked if there was anything else I needed in relation to the door and how the remote worked and how I could enter the garage in case of power failure. When I had the door installed (*not by your company) I wasn't home and I was never explained any of the workings of the door. Dan went over the operation of the door and the remote. Very good job!!

Daniel was here in February to diagnose an issue with one of my garage doors. He diagnosed it and explained in a simple yet detailed way. He made recommendations and didn’t apply any pressure. He made the necessary updates to the hardware and replaced the opener. His workmanship was excellent as was his demeanor. I called back today to update my other garage door and replace the opener. Same job as last time. He came the same day I called and once again did excellent work. As an employer myself, I can easily recognize a good worker from a not so good worker. Daniel is an excellent worker and represents his employer well.
