From initial contact to end of job, Daniel reinforced in my mind that utilizing Precision Garage Door Service was the right decision. My garage door broke in the morning in Sept. 22, 2025. One of the springs busted so I called Precision and Kyle came that same afternoon and fixed the garage door. The company kept me informed by texts to let me know when he would get to fix my door and was on his way. Kyle came that same day at about 02:00 PM and was done in about one and a half hours. Great service and professionalism.

My garage door opener stopped working. I tried watching YouTube videos and reprogramming the opener, to no avail. I called Precision and was able to set up an appointment the next day, with a four hour window. The next day, I received a text advising that the technician would arrive within thirty minutes. Daniel was friendly and informative. Since the opener was thirty years old, I wasn’t surprised that it had to be replaced. Within an hour, the opener was installed and works perfectly.
