The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Checked out the door completely and knew just how to make the repair. He installed a new door support bracket and made adjustments to the springs. The door is once again working great. Very pleased with Precision.

The technician Ferdinand K. was friendly and did a great repair on our garage door. Showed up on time and the door was repaired within an hour. I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. Exceptional, professional, friendly service. Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday evening. Easily booked appointment online for next day even on Sunday. Tech, Matt L. went all over parts including disassembling motor unit to make sure he could identity problem. Ultimately had to replace unit. Was very thorough in assembling new system and servicing door hardware. When he finished door operated better than it ever had. Thank you Matt and Precision Door.
