He comes from a large, loving family, being the youngest of nine siblings and an uncle to twenty-two nieces and nephews. His hobbies include reading, exercising, volunteering his time, hiking and spending time with his family and friends. Had an issue with one of our garage doors. Called Precision and explained the issue. A service tech was dispatched to our home the very next morning . Our technician, Brian, arrived as scheduled and he even supplied a GPS link before he arrived detailing his location and ETA. The company also sent out a brief bio on Brian the night before which i thought was professional. Once he arrived, Brian surveyed the issue and came up with the best plan to address and remedy the issue. Before any work began, Brian discussed all costs associated with the repairs, which from past repairs , was very competitive. Brian was meticulous, professional and courteous throughout his time at our residence and within no time he had remedied the issue. Brian also surveyed the entire door and recommended some additional maintenance not related to the original issue. There was no pressure to proceed with the recommendation but since the door weather strips were 19 years old, i authorized Brian to make the changes. Again, all costs were upfront and transparent. Overall, this is the second time i have utilized the services of Precision and both times I was pleased with their workmanship and customer service. Again, many thanks to Brian. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.

Hi, I called on a Sunday night to report my garage door was not working due to the breaking of the springs. My husband is invalid and I need to take him for therapy 3 times a week. I needed someone to come over and fix the problem so I could get out and take my husband for therapy. The lady was very nice. She said I could send someone on Monday, between 10am and 12pm. That was great. Brian came in promptly at 10AM, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price, the door was fixed within the hour. Brian was very professional. I paid him in full, and he sent me the invoice by E-mail. Great job.

Wednesday, December 13, 2023 Brian called to give us his ETA and was right on time. Brian pulled up to our garage and at once got out of his truck and identified himself, shook my hand, introduced himself to my husband and asked how can he help us? When I showed him the garage door he said he could fix it with sincerity of eyes, eye contact and with confidence. In my heart, I thanked the True God, Jehovah, someone we could trust! My husband asked how long would the job take and to explain everything step by step and that's exactly what Brian did. Brian gave us three options, said he would fix what we asked, yet gave us his expert opinion explaining safety hazards and improvements we need to consider. When someone who knows his kraft can point out possible safety hazards and explain how to keep my family and me safe, I'm all for it. That's exactly what Brian did. Brian assured us he would fix our garage door and wouldn't leave until we were satisfied. Brian gave us a time frame and he stuck it,. Including clean up as well. Brian was very courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and neat! My husband and I are very satisfied with the professional job and quality work Brian did for us. And last but not least, I want to thank Sara and Elizabeth for promptly scheduling the job and allaying my fears and anxious care. Assuring me of Precision Garage Door expert technicians experience. The prompt texts, emails and reminders helped as well. Now, I can get some sleep tonight. Thank you Precision Garage Door Company from two happy customers. Gordon and Margie????
