I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I was never pressured to choose one over the other, rather I was educated about each option, which was a pleasure and very much appreciated. Kyle then went ahead with my approved option. He was professional, courteous and personable. Within 45 minutes Kyle completed the repair. He then methodically and carefully checked all the work he had done. In short, Kyle is a wonderful and knowledgeable technician. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service.
