I did not know Precision. I took a chance. The first good sign was the receptionists who was very polite. She said next week was the earliest. I asked if we could have our repair the next day. She said "I will try". After waiting a short time she arranged for the next AM. Perfect. Luke arrived right on time, was very professional, informative, polite and friendly. Again a perfect combination. I would not go anywhere else.

Had a cable snap on my garage door. Professional and thorough service with 3 options of service to choose from. Would highly recommend. David Bryan did a great job, and was friendly and considerate.
