Service was incredibly prompt and went as scheduled. Communication was excellent. Kyle, the tech, was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the options and the pros & cons of each. Workmanship seems excellent. Happy to have a reliable garage door again. I do feel the pricing of the supplies used - springs, cable and pulleys - was high. While I’m happy with the service I do feel it was a bit overpriced.
