Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.

For both the estimate and the installation, the Precision Door workers communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The estimator/salesman (Damian) was very helpful, friendly, and promptly responded to follow-up questions. At the installation of the door, Malik and Paul were absolute professionals. They did great work and were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the performance of Precision Door on the purchase and installation of a new double door with a new wall-mounted belt opener, which is amazingly quiet.

Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. They explained clearly what was wrong and gave us options for repair. Once we chose the option we preferred, they proceeded to fix it in a very reasonable time.
