Daniel was on time, and introduced himself upon arrival. I described the issue to him, and he was completely attentive. He had several questions prior to the repair. The door controls had to be re-programmed, which took Daniel approximately 30 minutes to redo. He made several suggestions for us to follow. He was completely professional in his advice and service. Thank you sincerely, Edward & Daniel Reyman

We were very happy with Kyle. We told him that the garage door was very noisy. He suggested that we replace the rollers which we did and the problem is solved. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very impressed with the Precision Garage Door service. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Prompt, friendly, clear explanation and what felt like honest recommendations, and solid work. Our technician said we could expect many years of problem-free garage door functioning, and we're counting on it! Would definitely use this service again (though certainly hope we don't need to). Thanks!

Precision Garage was very prompt in scheduling my service call. Jesse was super thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. Once the problem was identified, he quickly installed the new system and went the extra mile to demo all the features and helped me program all the remote access solutions. Great work Jesse! Would highly recommend.

Daniel Flores not only did a wonderful job of getting my garage door opener up and running, he was able to come earlier than was expected. He asked lots of questions so he had a clear idea of what the opener was and wasn't doing, as well as doing a very thorough job of testing it himself. Daniel explained the options I had of ways to fix the problem clearly so I could make the choice that worked best for me. Thank you, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for sending Daniel to me!

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.
