My technician Matt was professional, smart, and I felt as if he had my best interests as a customer at heart. Anecdotally he's a super nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. I'm a novice home owner and to garage door openers and I felt educated about my system and what needed to get done to fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend Precision, Matt and the team.

Hi good afternoon, we thought Tyler was absolutely terrific, polite knowledgeable and service oriented we have no complaint with his work or how he went about it we were totally satisfied. We felt the price point was high for the work that was done but we're happy to have it finished and we were happy to have had Tyler. We think this young fellow will really move up in your company he has the qualities to be in management. From the person who answered the phone to the clean truck that came we really had no complaints except for the price. The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and really nice also. Greeted professionally and courteously from the first person who answered my call and swiftly scheduled my service! Received confirmation and communication about what to expect AND was informed with not only the name of the tech But a friendly bio. Tyler arrived timely and was careful to listen and learn about what my needs were. Tyler was patient answering my questions and once I made the decision, Tyler set about getting to work! Tyler was thorough- left no mess and remained pleasant throughout the install and reviewed everything after the install. I was very pleased with the response to my call after 5 p.m. on Friday, 5/12/2023, and actually talked to a real person. Shannon was very understanding to my need to get the car out of the garage. The next day, Matt Lawrence arrived with a completely supplied truck. He evaluated the situation and gave me some options to repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with such friendly people. After several attempts at trying to reach more local companies with no success, my intelligent daughter did some quick research and found you . She called- spoke to a dedicated scheduler and I was lucky enough to get a next morning appointment for servicing. Appreciated the confirmation messages and the call one half hour or so prior to service technician arriving to work on the door. Tyler and your Company met more than my expectations. Pleasant, explained what was wrong and what could be done with several options to fix the garage door. Basically, one of the main springs broke and the door could not lift or descend. Totally unusable. Within two hours, Tyler had the door functioning to full capacity and I am an extremely pleased customer. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Thank you.

I called Precision Doors because a spring broke on our Craftsman(Sears) garage door opener. Jesse came out the following morning (exactly when expected). He explained the issue(s) which wasn't just a broken spring (the previous owner apparently used WD40 on the rollers which is a no-no and the cables were not the correct safety cables). He was amazed that it had lasted this long without an issue. Jesse was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced all the old hardware/rollers/cables, etc. and the door opens/closes much smoother and quieter than it had been, not to mention how much more professional it looks now!! I would highly recommend Precision Doors and particularly Jesse!!
