My garage door opener stopped working. I tried watching YouTube videos and reprogramming the opener, to no avail. I called Precision and was able to set up an appointment the next day, with a four hour window. The next day, I received a text advising that the technician would arrive within thirty minutes. Daniel was friendly and informative. Since the opener was thirty years old, I wasn’t surprised that it had to be replaced. Within an hour, the opener was installed and works perfectly.

Dan was great very nice, knowledgeable and knew was he was doing he did a great job. The company’s rates though are way too high. I would’ve been fine with a $50 torsion spring from Home Depot instead of a $420 one. I understand the truck comes fully stocked with all the parts but that’s a big price jump. Dan was great though! Just maybe not the companies prices. The 5 star review is for the work that Dan did.

Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician.
