Our call of need for our garage door game on a Saturday late afternoon. Your company is open Monday through Sunday 8am - 8pm it was 7:45pm on Saturday night and I was able to squeeze a service call in for Sunday morning. How we chose you is we remembered the service we received when we lived in Maine, USA different home we decided to call upon Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again. I and my Mrs. cannot thank you and your kind courteous service from Jesse Peligri what an Ace and a Professional. We needed a new lift master with springs and sensors. Jesse Peligri did this change out and repair in record time. Jesse Pelgri explained how bundling services would give me a 15% discount, and I was in. I vote Jesse Peligri for Vice President of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. This man, personable, honest, and gives qualifies you for the best price point possible. Mr. Brandon Falone thank you for the products and services you provide las President of your company, and qualified service personnel who are professional and courteous. Kyle did such a great job tuning up my garage door. He also changed the springs and keypad that I’ve had for years. He was very good about explaining the job before he started. What a great experience I had with technician Mr.Isaac Ward. Mr. Ward came here and gave me a fair and honest assessment of the property and the problem. I’m having with my garage doors. What an amazing experience from an amazing person and it was just an absolute pleasure to have him at my home and for him to walk me through the things I will need for a repair. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I was never pressured to choose one over the other, rather I was educated about each option, which was a pleasure and very much appreciated. Kyle then went ahead with my approved option. He was professional, courteous and personable. Within 45 minutes Kyle completed the repair. He then methodically and carefully checked all the work he had done. In short, Kyle is a wonderful and knowledgeable technician. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service. This company is beyond amazing! I called them for the first time for service and they were at my home within an hour. My serviceman Dan was ready to answer any of my questions and replaced the rubber seals on each of my doors and I had a key pad installed to open my doors. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of this company. From my first telephone call to the completion of the job. The prompt service was amazing! It is unheard of these days to have a company respond immediately. Your technician,Dan was very courteous and explained everything up front and even after he finished he described what he had done. Mostly I was impressed that Dan asked if there was anything else I needed in relation to the door and how the remote worked and how I could enter the garage in case of power failure. When I had the door installed (*not by your company) I wasn't home and I was never explained any of the workings of the door. Dan went over the operation of the door and the remote. Very good job!!

Daniel was here in February to diagnose an issue with one of my garage doors. He diagnosed it and explained in a simple yet detailed way. He made recommendations and didn’t apply any pressure. He made the necessary updates to the hardware and replaced the opener. His workmanship was excellent as was his demeanor. I called back today to update my other garage door and replace the opener. Same job as last time. He came the same day I called and once again did excellent work. As an employer myself, I can easily recognize a good worker from a not so good worker. Daniel is an excellent worker and represents his employer well.

Dan responded timely and examined my door to see what was causing the issue. He noticed that I needed new cables and pulleys as well as new rollers. He explained the price quotes and as soon as I agreed to the work, he started the repairs. He was finished quickly and answered any and all questions we had and the doors now work properly.
