I always have a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Never been disappointed with Precision every time we call for garage door service. The staff who picked up my call on 5/2(forgot to ask her name) - thank you - you are very accommodating and helpful. The technician - Daniel is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful, took time to respond to all my questions and provided the options available. Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

Best investment in our home business! The new garage door is literally making our lives much easier with faster access. The door is so quiet and opens very smoothly. We are also extremely happy with the aesthetic. It is exactly what we wanted and our home alreay looks ten times better. The Precision team was wonderful, from the inquiry to the installation day. Malik and Paul were the team who did our installation and they were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time, were courteous and took the time to explain to us how to operate the garage door and set up the opener on our phone App! Brian Birchler the garage door specialist at Precision, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Birchler took the time to provide a complete tutorial on the operation of the garage door opener and even assisted in pairing the opener with my automobile and cellphone. My expectations were met above and beyond. They also provided quick scheduling for the installation to be done. I highly recommend the services provided by Precision.

I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.

The process was easy to schedule a technician to come out. Isaac was great. He contacted me to let me know he could be here earlier than scheduled if I’d like, which was fine. He was thorough in explaining the issue with my springs and wires, one of which had snapped, which was the reason for the service call. He explained the process and gave me options for the repair. I would definitely recommend Precision!

Anthony was great on all levels one might hope to expect from any servicing technician that visits your home. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional, would probably best describe Anthony. He also made me feel welcome to call in case any problems should arise. This is my second time calling Precision (completely different garage door issues) and I would say both technicians were aces, leaving me in good hands. Trustworthy company, really great crew.

Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.

Jessie got here at the beginning of the 4 hour window. He noticed a few safety issues right off the bat. He gave me a breakdown of what could be done, I went for it all, I trust him.
