Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.

Malik called ahead to tell me when he was arriving. He arrived as scheduled and reviewed the work order and gave me an opportunity to ask questions and share any other details before starting. Malik started with the work installing the new doors and motors right away and continued until it was completed. When completed he spent some time reviewing the set up and operation of the remote pads and demonstrated the safety features. The work was neatly done and all packaging and old materials were taken away. The doors look great and operate well.

Our overall experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been awesome start to finish starting with Michael who came out to the house to provide an estimate and thoroughly going over our options and pricing. Next, we worked with scheduling and the woman (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) was very personable and made scheduling our appointment easy, lastly Anthony our installation technician was great too! He arrived on time, was very personable and walked us through the installation process and got to work! He kept the work area very clean and was finished in just under a few hours! He even took our old garage door with him to dispose so we didn't have to worry about it. Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied.
