Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". For both the estimate and the installation, the Precision Door workers communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The estimator/salesman (Damian) was very helpful, friendly, and promptly responded to follow-up questions. At the installation of the door, Malik and Paul were absolute professionals. They did great work and were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the performance of Precision Door on the purchase and installation of a new double door with a new wall-mounted belt opener, which is amazingly quiet.

The service I received was excellent. I spoke to customer service the woman was very polite, cheerful and professional. The serviceman I had was Issac. Issac was also professional, friendly, neat and very knowledgeable. He was prepared to get my garage door to working immediately. He was courteous and gave me different options to fit my financial needs. He explained everything that he did in terms that I could understand.
