Dan came by and assessed and replaced a rather old garage door system. He was very professional, efficient, explained all options, and also identified a spring that was in need of replacement. Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.

Jessie got here at the beginning of the 4 hour window. He noticed a few safety issues right off the bat. He gave me a breakdown of what could be done, I went for it all, I trust him. Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

Best investment in our home business! The new garage door is literally making our lives much easier with faster access. The door is so quiet and opens very smoothly. We are also extremely happy with the aesthetic. It is exactly what we wanted and our home alreay looks ten times better. The Precision team was wonderful, from the inquiry to the installation day. Malik and Paul were the team who did our installation and they were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time, were courteous and took the time to explain to us how to operate the garage door and set up the opener on our phone App! Brian Birchler the garage door specialist at Precision, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Birchler took the time to provide a complete tutorial on the operation of the garage door opener and even assisted in pairing the opener with my automobile and cellphone. My expectations were met above and beyond. They also provided quick scheduling for the installation to be done. I highly recommend the services provided by Precision.

I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.
