Really pleasant people to deal with. Right from making a call to setup appointment and to the tech showing up to help me determine what I needed. Their tech, Isaac, was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing, how each of the models of openers worked and the best way to mount the opener. Best part, he was able to install it right then and there. No more having to manually open my door. Thank you.

My grandma and grandad live in their own and the stairs had become trip hazard for them. Their garage door key was misplaced and the garage also needed mechanical work. Daniel Flores was prompt, kind to my grandparents and very efficient with the work performed. Now that the garage is fixed, it serves as a safer way for my grandparents to enter their home. We are very grateful with accommodations made and customer service performed by the company as well from the scheduler to Daniel. Beautiful work! Thank you!

Daniel F was amazing. Not only was he thorough, he was extremely courteous and professional. From initial contact to end of job, Daniel reinforced in my mind that utilizing Precision Garage Door Service was the right decision. He explained his process in detail, and discussed the company's values and principals which aligned with mine as well. He showed up on time and communicated exact arrival which was appreciated. Daniel then assessed the problem with thoughtfulness and care and explained in detail what my options were and what his recommendation was. Then he executed without flaw and with meticulous detail. Leader Anthony B was not on site but was immediately available to us when an unforeseen event arose that required his attention. Collectively, they produced a resolution that was extremely accommodative and solidified my view that Precision is client-driven and community oriented. Feel free to contact me for more detail. I am happy to share my experience with anyone and would certainly refer Daniel F and Precision for anyone's garage door needs.

Hi Doug. First of all your team is very professional and courteous. Kyle showed up on time and was very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately he could not resolve the issue. After putting in new brackets and lubricating the rails the garage worked for about two hours. He did give me quotes for a new opener. I will let you know. Thanks again for trying but like I said it didn’t fix the issue.

We chose Precision because it was a local business in our area. Michael Pleu gave us a very fair estimate and was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I trusted him as soon as I met him. Today Malik Dennard performed the replacement of our garage door. I felt the same way about him. Very friendly and knowledgeable. His work was EXCELLENT! The door is sealed and air tight like never before. I will definitely recommend your company and your great employees. These are companies I keep forever.

Scheduling was quick and asked if they could show up early before coming out. Dan trouble shot the problem we were having and narrowed it down to a bad sensor. It was quickly replaced with quality material and workmanship.
