We chose Precision because it was a local business in our area. Michael Pleu gave us a very fair estimate and was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I trusted him as soon as I met him. Today Malik Dennard performed the replacement of our garage door. I felt the same way about him. Very friendly and knowledgeable. His work was EXCELLENT! The door is sealed and air tight like never before. I will definitely recommend your company and your great employees. These are companies I keep forever.

I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.

Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.
