Anthony was great on all levels one might hope to expect from any servicing technician that visits your home. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional, would probably best describe Anthony. He also made me feel welcome to call in case any problems should arise. This is my second time calling Precision (completely different garage door issues) and I would say both technicians were aces, leaving me in good hands. Trustworthy company, really great crew.

Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.

Precision Garage Door Service is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist taking calls to the technicians coming to my home, they never disappointed me. I have used this company three times over th past two years with two different technicians and it was superior service--"going beyond" to serve the customer. Once the appointment was booked, I was reminded of the appointment and received a text message when the tech was on his way. I could trace his progress in a simple link on my phone. They sent a picture of the tech and a short bio, so I had a better idea of who was going to be helping me. The tech looked over the problem and then gave me an estimate of the cost BEFORE doing any work. No haggling--it it was, as he said it would be in the beginning. I upgraded an old Liftmaster with a chain to the newer band method. I love that it is quieter than the old model as the tech had predicted. Tech was kind and polite. He listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options I had, so it was easier to make a choice about the purchase. I felt glad to write a check to this company--which is something I can't say about ANY of the other services I have used over the past 15 years of owning my home. Bravo!

Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.
