Kyle was AMAZING from start to finish. We reached out to multiple companies and they all told us it was impossible to have a garage door opener installed. Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment from the company website. Within minutes of booking my appointment for service, Isaac contacted me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, assessed what I needed and provided me with several options. He then promptly installed a new garage door opener within the exact time that he quoted. Phone assistance was excellent & scheduled an appointment same day, today. I was told who would be arriving & what time. I then received a call from Brian B. with his exact time. Upon his promt arrival he was nothing less than a 5 star. He was courteous, kind, thoughtful & professional. We were given different options to fit our needs. Brian did an excellent job. The name of the company Precision fits Brian personally. He is definitely an honorable & kind man. It's rare today to find a service were you actually feel comfortable & trust with that person.
