Precision was very responsive when I called for service, an appointment was promptly scheduled and technician (Robert) arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my garage door and opener quickly and made the adjustment needed. Robert was very informative about my options and provided estimates for future work as requested which I received immediately via email for my consideration.

Doug showed up right on time. He knew just what the problems were and fixed everything. He programmed new door openers and old ones so nice. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience. Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!

It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!

Team Precision Door, I'd like to express my appreciation with the professionalism provided by Malik and Paul with this afternoon's installation of my new garage door. Today was a COLD one, 18 degrees with a wind chill of -5 at times and Malik and Paul did not miss a beat. Both are specialists at their trade, from disassembly to the build of the new door. They were polite, respectful and informative throughout the process. When the job was complete, they provided a run down of the work performed and a system check to include programing of the new remote. On top of that, they did an excellent clean up job.
