I called Precision because one of my garage doors wouldn’t close automatically—even after I replaced the sensor. After hours of frustration, I decided to call in the pros. From the moment I scheduled service, the communication from Precision was top-notch. I was notified when my technician was on the way, so I never had to guess about timing. Isaac arrived and delivered excellent, professional service. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and walked me through my options. He was fair, knowledgeable, and never tried to oversell anything. I truly appreciated his expertise and honesty. I would definitely use Precision again for any garage door service needs.

Our overall experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been awesome start to finish starting with Michael who came out to the house to provide an estimate and thoroughly going over our options and pricing. Next, we worked with scheduling and the woman (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) was very personable and made scheduling our appointment easy, lastly Anthony our installation technician was great too! He arrived on time, was very personable and walked us through the installation process and got to work! He kept the work area very clean and was finished in just under a few hours! He even took our old garage door with him to dispose so we didn't have to worry about it. The team we worked with made this process and easy and not stressful by providing excellent customer service every step of the way, and offered pricing that was very affordable. The appointment reminders were great so we didn't feel forgotten and we would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone!

Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied. I would suggest anyone in need of their garage door(s) replaced and/or service should call Precision Garage Door Service. They earned 10 stars for a job well done. Thank You for the care you and the team displayed during the entire process.

Very professional, clear in his explanation of the problem, warm and caring demeanor. He made the repair efficiently. Kyle is a valuable asset to your company. I so much appreciate how he was able to fix the problem very promptly. There was an opening and he arrived in less than an hour of my phone call!! The company as a whole is very organized and professional in their presentation to the client. I appreciate how the company reached out by texting to see if I had any concerns/questions before and after the service occurred. I also appreciate the tracking tool so I knew exactly when Kyle would arrive. Thank you so much! Mary D.

I called Monday morning and Kyle came at 10. From the start he knew exactly what had happened and how to repair it. He said it would take an hour but he was done in 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable, courtesy and I appreciate that it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I’m very happy I picked Precision Garage Doors and glad Kyle came to do the job!

Kyle was AMAZING from start to finish. We reached out to multiple companies and they all told us it was impossible to have a garage door opener installed. Kyle took measurements and came to the conclusion that it could absolutely be done and we knew we had the right person. He began working immediately. He was so diligent in his work and provided us with options. He recommended the best solution for us. Not to mention reasonably priced! Thank you so much!

Isaac was, first off, very apologetic that my service call hadn’t been prioritized, as my car was stuck in the garage all day. He clearly explained the different options for repair and was honest as to the condition of the various moving parts. He completed the work quickly and neatly, and made sure to have me personally test the door before leaving.

Within minutes of booking my appointment for service, Isaac contacted me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, assessed what I needed and provided me with several options. He then promptly installed a new garage door opener within the exact time that he quoted. He took his time in explaining and showing me all the details of the new opener and answered all of my questions.
