Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

Brian Birchler the garage door specialist at Precision, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Birchler took the time to provide a complete tutorial on the operation of the garage door opener and even assisted in pairing the opener with my automobile and cellphone. I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.

The process was easy to schedule a technician to come out. Isaac was great. He contacted me to let me know he could be here earlier than scheduled if I’d like, which was fine. He was thorough in explaining the issue with my springs and wires, one of which had snapped, which was the reason for the service call. He explained the process and gave me options for the repair. Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.

Precision Garage Door Service is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist taking calls to the technicians coming to my home, they never disappointed me. I have used this company three times over th past two years with two different technicians and it was superior service--"going beyond" to serve the customer. Once the appointment was booked, I was reminded of the appointment and received a text message when the tech was on his way. I could trace his progress in a simple link on my phone. They sent a picture of the tech and a short bio, so I had a better idea of who was going to be helping me. The tech looked over the problem and then gave me an estimate of the cost BEFORE doing any work. No haggling--it it was, as he said it would be in the beginning. I upgraded an old Liftmaster with a chain to the newer band method. I love that it is quieter than the old model as the tech had predicted. Tech was kind and polite. He listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options I had, so it was easier to make a choice about the purchase. I felt glad to write a check to this company--which is something I can't say about ANY of the other services I have used over the past 15 years of owning my home. Bravo!
