Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!

It was beyond easy to get an appointment and I was even able to get one for the very next day which was a Saturday. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain everything to us. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!

Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience.
