Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. They explained clearly what was wrong and gave us options for repair. Once we chose the option we preferred, they proceeded to fix it in a very reasonable time. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that care about their customers and provide great service. We highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service for their garage door. Matt and Luke solved my problem and made sure everything was in tiptop working order. They were courteous and professional. Jesse has come to my home to do a rebuild and had done an outstanding job both times and is the reason I call Precision. The employees are also very helpful and go above and beyond. If you're going elsewhere for all your garage door needs, repairs, replacements, you're missing the boat by a wide margin. Precision is "the" place to go.

Very professional company. A real person answered the phone and I believe it was after 5pm! He was very courteous on the phone. The next morning Luke showed up and presented all my options. We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.

It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!
