I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..

Our technician, Luke , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with the garage opener. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the opener and was courteous and professional throughout. He was very helpful too in setting up our vehicles with the garage door remote access . Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment.
