Clear communication with office and service tech via email confirmation, text and then a phone call when he was on his way. My service technician was Jesse Peligri. He arrived exactly within the appt window, actually a few minutes early, and was friendly and professional. My wife had accidentally backed into the garage door and bent the bottom panel, weatherstrip track and bottom right roller hinge. Jesse was able to bend back, add some through bolts and screws. Door restored to full operation in less than 1 hour. Super happy with work done.
