Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. This was a bad week for me. First, the quick passing storm (likely a mini-tornado) demolished numerous VERY large trees on my property. A few days later, unrelated to the storm, my garage door failed. The people at the first company I spoke with seemed rather inexperienced, and wanted several days to order the parts. Then I contacted Precision. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Jesse P is great.
