Kyle was great. He called as he was able to come early for my appointment. He quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me options for the job that was needed. He went right to work and was clean, neat and efficient. He tested and tested again to make sure everything he did was working properly. He then went over everything with me. I would be happy to have him back to do work for me anytime.

Discussed with me options on how I wanted it repaired as well as showed options to replace my existing doors due to age. I first needed Precision Door last February 2025 when they replaced a broken door with a new Genie. Last week all the power went off. I called Precision and within 2 days Anthony turned up to fix it. It turned out to be a loose connection and now works perfectly. All done with no additional charge. I’m very happy with the service and recommend Precision any time.

Late last night, I heard a loud noise that sounded like something fell on my house. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I then tried to open my garage door and it wouldn’t open. I went on YouTube found out that I needed to replace a door spring, which I could not do. I had a flyer from Precision Overhead Garage Door service. I called them and they came the same day. The service technician Daniel was very professional and friendly. He gave me various options to fix my garage door. I chose the most basic option because I believed all I needed to replace was a spring. He replaced the spring fast and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did and I would highly recommend them. The only problem I have is that they try to upsell you with additional options that are very expensive. It’s not an hard sell, but if you’re not careful, you could spend thousands more than you intended. Other than that, they are great and I would use them again.
