I took advantage of the Precision free technician visit e-mail offer and received excellent service. One of my garage doors had become quite difficult to lift. The technician Isaac W. called ahead, arrived promptly, analyzed the situation, and prepared a proposal with cost quotation for my approval. After fixing the problem he showed me what the problem had been.

Honestly we chose Precision because the company that installed our overhead doors in the first place would not call us back after a couple times of calling them. So I went online and saw Precision. Anthony was great on all levels one might hope to expect from any servicing technician that visits your home. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional, would probably best describe Anthony. He also made me feel welcome to call in case any problems should arise. This is my second time calling Precision (completely different garage door issues) and I would say both technicians were aces, leaving me in good hands. Trustworthy company, really great crew.

Easy and pleasant to work with from beginning to end. Easy to schedule and work with. I had a door motor replaced. I was offered a number options at various price points and I found a combination that worked for me. Isaac, the installer, was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Hi, I am very satisfied with the replacement of two doors and all the associated equipment Angel Mattia removed and installed all in a very professional way. Perfect seal on all 4 sides and level with the floor setback. Angel never stopped working until job was complete. Explained how to operate the new system very well. Good man. From the moment I called until Anthony the tech left they were amazing. Emailed all updates. Anthony the tech called and said what time he was coming. He was early and after looking at the issues he jumped right in and was so positive from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with and I absolutely would have no hesitation calling Precision again or recommending them to someone.

Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.
