Kyle is fantastic. Very friendly and informative regarding the options available to replace my 24-year-old garage door openers. Once I decided, he undertook the project immediately and installed both openers within a couple of hours. He went through everything with me and explained how it all worked. I was a happy camper! Technician was knowledge, friendly and courteous. Gave us various options and made sure all elements of the garage door opener worked. A bit pricey but did the job quickly and I pleased with the job. I would call them again if I need repairs. They are up front with their pricing so you can make an informed decision. God job Isaac!

The whole process of purchasing a new garage door and system from Mike, the salesman to speaking with staff to the installation by Mike and Julian was very easy and efficient. The team did a great job of removing the old door and installing the new one on a very cold day. They reviewed the work with us before they left. The garage area was left spotless. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of work and the product.

Isaac was so professional. He did not pressure me and explained all of my options. The work was excellent and timely. He explained everything thoroughly and even had me check my garage with him for screws so nothing happened to my car tires. Had an issue with one of our garage doors. Called Precision and explained the issue. A service tech was dispatched to our home the very next morning . Our technician, Brian, arrived as scheduled and he even supplied a GPS link before he arrived detailing his location and ETA. The company also sent out a brief bio on Brian the night before which i thought was professional. Once he arrived, Brian surveyed the issue and came up with the best plan to address and remedy the issue. Before any work began, Brian discussed all costs associated with the repairs, which from past repairs , was very competitive. Brian was meticulous, professional and courteous throughout his time at our residence and within no time he had remedied the issue. Brian also surveyed the entire door and recommended some additional maintenance not related to the original issue. There was no pressure to proceed with the recommendation but since the door weather strips were 19 years old, i authorized Brian to make the changes. Again, all costs were upfront and transparent. Overall, this is the second time i have utilized the services of Precision and both times I was pleased with their workmanship and customer service. Again, many thanks to Brian. Every person I’ve interacted with from this company has been fantastic. There was even a dent in one of the sections of our new door and they are already setting things up to have it replaced. Malik D was professional, kind, courteous, and efficient. Didn’t complain once even though he had to install the door on a snowy day.
