Good morning: We called your office on Tuesday morning reporting a broken garage door. Within the hour we heard that Daniel Flores, our technician, was on the way. Dan is friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions cheerfully. Although our system was nearly 30 years old, Dan did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. This is a refreshing quality. Within a few hours, it was fixed. Good job by all involved with Precision Garage Doors.

We are repeat customers of Precision Doors. They have serviced our doors and they have replaced the motors in both of the doors. The technicians are top-notch, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and all around the best! They give three estimates of the work that needs to be done; sometimes I take the lowest estimate and often I take the highest one because I know that the work will be 100% perfect and warrantied. From experience, I know that if a Precision garage door tech shows up, my troubles are over. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors, heard a loud bang and saw cables all over the place. I booked an appointment late that night and was given an appointment the next afternoon. Kyle, the service tech was very pleasant and professional and did a great job on the repair. He stayed until 6:30 PM to finish the job which was much appreciated. I heard about your franchise from the Albany TV commercials. I am very happy with the response and the repair and will definitely use you guys again. Thank you, Kevin B. Kingston NY

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and they were able to come out the same day I contacted them, even though it was on a weekend. The garage door technician Jesse Peligri was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the repairs clearly. He replaced the parts and made sure everything was working safely and properly before leaving. The service was fast, efficient, and reliable, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

I have recommended that my Sister call to make a service request and to ask specifically for Kyle. I’m happy with our interaction and I thank Precision for sending him to our house.

Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward. Once we agreed on next steps, Jesse replaced the old hardware with new upgrade ones with quality workmanship in a short duration of time. From start to finish the process exemplified a high level of professionalism and detail. Highly recommended.

SERVICE/GENERAL MAINTENANCE ON GARAGE DOORS: Kyle was on time, professional and communicated well. After tuning up the garage doors, he explained his finding from his inspection and pro-actively provided us with estimates for potential services and parts we may require in the future. The company itself was easy to correspond with every time we had to contact them.

I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I went searching for garage door repair and the locale where I live and saw the website, looked at the ratings, looked at the people and booked well after midnight. I was happy to see the opening time slot. Both the manager and the technician were amazing. If you ever, ever, ever do something as dumb as I did and accidentally damage the garage door or if you run into damage like a burned out motor or spring or anything as they describe, book them to come out and offer their advice. You won't regret the experience. Infinite professionalism, infinite patience, infinite understanding of the circumstances. Kyle was his name and as his work profile states, he takes great pride in his respect for others and his strong work ethic. And as stated, Quick response, Local, BBB rated.

Very pleased with the service I received today! Daniel, the technician, arrived promptly and took care of my issue with a smile. Also ordered a new garage door, but he was able to fix my old one in the meantime. Very professional! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs and garage door replacements!
