It is almost like brand new again. i certainly didn't expect he would be able to repair it in one day before he had even seen it ! I am more than pleased with the work. Garage door stopped working and it is our main access and egress into house. Precision was able to schedule a technician fairly quickly. The entire process was great, from the frequent communications regarding confirmation, reminders and technician on the way messages! Shane was fantastic, taking the time to communicate the problem and offering several new door opener solutions. Once the door opener was selected, Shane had it up and running in under 3 hours! Precision Garage Door installer Daniel Flores arrived at our house this morning - on time as scheduled . . . and he replaced the defective Garage Door Opener - which was installed 40 years ago when our house was built. I am delighted to offer Dan Flores a tribute for his work in repairing our electric garage door system. Dan called in advance to inform me he was on his way, he showed up when he said he expected to and promptly went right to work. He then thoroughly examined every aspect of the door system, indicating some component issues that were not the primary problem but advising that they might eventually require needed attention. When Dan ID’d the primary problem, he indicated he was confident he could resolve it on the spot; having all the necessary parts to do so with him. He provided me three different options I had to get the system operating again and carefully outlined the “good, better, best” alternatives and the subsequent charges for each one of the choices. After making my choice, he promptly got to work, had completed the job in an hour and a half, then provided me User's Guide information material and explained how every new function operated and answered any/all questions I had. In wrapping up, he cleaned up the debris and failed parts, leaving the garage cleaner than it was when he got there! I called this morning requesting repair of a broken garage door spring. I was told someone would show up between 12 and 4 today. Anthony called me around 1PM and said he would be here shortly and arrived about 10 minutes later. We went over the repairs needed and agreed what was to be done. He was done within the hour and did what I asked. The whole process was simple and Anthony was easy to work with. The cost of the repair was in the range with prices I found by google search.
