to start with Matt came out to go over the different door options that were available to me and what works best for me. Very knowledgeable about this product. made my decision very easy. Just a slight downfall was notification to the customer of when the product was ordered and when it would be in. Malik, who came to install the door, professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable and super fast. That guy is amazing.

I phoned yesterday and a representative arrived here apx 9am today. I was given several options and quotes. I arrived at a conclusion and was told he could do the job now!! He investigated problem with current Garage Opener and recommended different options to resolve problem. I opted for the install of a new Garage Opener. Daniel installed a new Garage Opener and upon completion reviewed all aspects of the install with me and answered questions I asked. I would definitely recommend Daniel Flores for anyone’s Precision door needs!!

Daniel was an outstanding technician and representative for Precision. He contacted me prior to arrival. He ask questions about my garage door problem and inspected the door and opener. After review he provided me with options. I opted to have a new opener install. He gave me different models of openers and explained there differences. He installed my new opener efficiently and reviewed the install and instructed me on how to operate the unit. He was highly professional and great to work with!!
