I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of this company. From my first telephone call to the completion of the job. The prompt service was amazing! It is unheard of these days to have a company respond immediately. Your technician,Dan was very courteous and explained everything up front and even after he finished he described what he had done. Mostly I was impressed that Dan asked if there was anything else I needed in relation to the door and how the remote worked and how I could enter the garage in case of power failure. When I had the door installed (*not by your company) I wasn't home and I was never explained any of the workings of the door. Dan went over the operation of the door and the remote. Very good job!!

Daniel was here in February to diagnose an issue with one of my garage doors. He diagnosed it and explained in a simple yet detailed way. He made recommendations and didn’t apply any pressure. He made the necessary updates to the hardware and replaced the opener. His workmanship was excellent as was his demeanor. I called back today to update my other garage door and replace the opener. Same job as last time. He came the same day I called and once again did excellent work. As an employer myself, I can easily recognize a good worker from a not so good worker. Daniel is an excellent worker and represents his employer well.

I was kept informed of technician arrival. Daniel was pleasant, personable and professional. He discovered the problem and overlooked the entire workings. He then gave me 3 choices for the repair ( good, better & Best). All came with a warranty. And he had all the parts on his truck so he could get right to work. Our old garage opener needed to be replaced. Within twenty four hours, a new system was installed at a reasonable price, by a friendly, efficient technician. Dan arrived on time and got right to work. New springs were installed in the time estimated. Door now appears to be working fine. My only negative is that the job was far more expensive than I expected. However, overall I would recommend Precision as a superior vendor.

Precision on the phone, was prompt in responding to a malfunction in one of my garage doors in the town of Red Hook in the Hudson Valley. Had a technician out to the garage location within 3-4 hours. The technician Daniel Flores, was the consummate professional, assessed the situation, (the spring had broken) provided me with details of the vintage of my existing garage doors (the problem door has worked without issues until that day since installation 35 years ago!), and offered multiple potential solutions. I accepted the offer and Daniel set about fixing the door, ie replacing the motor, and installing a new spring with relevant hardware, on the spot. He was fully equipped for that purpose. On the professionalism in response and installation, am very satisfied. It's a modern door mechanism, electronic remote operations etc. Really good work. Also important to note Danny Flores' attitude and demeanor was the picture of calm competence, excellent technician indeed.

I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. These days it's so rare to experience good customer service but PGD does just that both when installing and a quick adjustment. Thank you
