We called Precision late Friday afternoon for an emergency repair (torsion spring snapped and our car was trapped in the garage as we could not physically open the door). We were scheduled for service on Saturday morning. The window was 10-2 and he arrived around 10:50 am. David was our technician and he was fantastic. He communicated well as to when he would arrive. He listened intently to the issue we had, carefully evaluated the problem, and offered us three levels of remedies for it. Once we chose what we wanted, he completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Overall, our emergency was remedied in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the work. Many thanks for freeing my car from the garage!

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Well the new doors are ordered now and they will be installed 2-4 weeks. The 2 workers that came to analyze my situation Danny and Kyle were very respectful and very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and I decided to go with new doors. They were great taking measurements and explaining everything to me. And Rob also was texting me which I thought was very helpful also. All together so far it is a very good experience for me. I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.

Inspection to determine why my garage door is not working Isaac Ward was phenomenal. He showed up on time with advanced warning so I could prep.
