This was the second time I called Precision Overhead Garage Door but for a different issue. I called this morning around 8:30 AM and Jesse arrived around 10:30 AM. He answered all of my questions and was done by 11:00 AM. Very professional and courtious. I will contibue to use their them again if needed.

Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Brian arrived very quickly after we scheduled the appointment and kept me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived, he promptly diagnosed the issue and provided the appropriate solution. He also noticed that our bottom seal was worn down and recommended a replacement, which we went ahead with. The service was excellent—professional, efficient, and thorough.

Kyle is awesome. He did his best to troubleshoot the old motor that came with the house. When we saw it had to be replaced, he helped choose a new one that worked for our budget. He stayed to install it the same day and greased the entire system.

This was a repair within 24 hours on Christmas Eve Day, 2024. I very much appreciate the rapid, professional service. This repair task was done efficiently despite 2 inches of snow on the driveway.
