Jesse Peligri is polite, very respectful, and courteous. He is absolutely an amazing technician. He is caring and he is a skilled professional. I was pressed for time and Jesse was most efficient with the time management, without compromising on the quality of his workmanship he did a quick installation of my garage door's new opener system. The workspace was left clean and tidy after the installation was complete, Jesse accommodated my needs as the consumer of his products and services. I would highly recommend Jesse's work. Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I never expected to get a service call so quickly, Jesse was there within the hour. He was abslutely great, he was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. He serviced my doors completely. The garage door opener wouldn’t close for my wife while I was away. Within 24 hrs of calling on my return, Precision had a technician to our home!! The opener was put through a full set of tests while the technician explained each to me while they were being run. The final adjustments were also explained and the opener was back in business, all within 20 minutes!! Thank you Precision for your qualified and respectful team. Your quality products, service and staff are amazing.

Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.
