Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied. I would suggest anyone in need of their garage door(s) replaced and/or service should call Precision Garage Door Service. They earned 10 stars for a job well done. Telephone contact is wonderful. NO putting customer on hold, clear concise English. Appointment for estimate made without a problem. I needed 2 complete doors . I was shown options and since I chose stock doors ; the whole job was completed within 48 hours of my 1st phone call. The old doors were taken away. Everything was left neat and clean. Kyle was AMAZING from start to finish. We reached out to multiple companies and they all told us it was impossible to have a garage door opener installed. Kyle took measurements and came to the conclusion that it could absolutely be done and we knew we had the right person. He began working immediately.
