I am an existing customer and always extremely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. You were able to scheduled an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. Thank you again Precision for your excellent Technician and wonderful Customer Service. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs garage door service, maintenance or replacement.

From start to finish, a great experience with Precision. Courteous, informed conversation with the lady who took my initial call and scheduled me for a repair the very next day. Kind of important when you cannot access your car. Very next day, a call from serviceman Daniel to inform me he was on the way. Professional from the moment he arrived. Knows his craft and clearly explained the repair options available. Then went forward and flawlessly completed the repair. Lastly, had me operate the door to assure I was satisfied and as a bonus (I guess) demonstrated the proper way to lubricate to keep the door operating efficiently. Based on my experience, would definitely recommend Precision.

Kyle was super friendly and patient with us and answering all of our questions. Kyle also fixed the brackets on our current garage and explained that the prior owners of the house put it on wrong. He also walked us through getting a new garage door.

The whole process was super easy from start to finish. I made an appointment online, the company communicated quickly and clearly ....Dan showed up and he got the job done. He event took some extra time to clean up some of the wires and cables that just looked a mess (those wires and cables had nothing to do with this job, he just took it upon himself to neaten it up!)

First, Isaac is amazing. Polite, funny and knows his stuff. Explained and showed me everything that happened to my garage door after I hit it with my car. He showed up less than an hour after I called. Had everything he needed to fix the door in his truck. All I really cared about was getting the door down so I could feel safe. Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.

We needed a new garage door opener installed quickly and properly - and that's exactly what we got from Charlie Baldissard at Precision. He came to our home to install the openers we had purchased and - within a couple of hours - completed the job. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and went about his business professionally. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need, pointing out that a lot of the existing hardware was still in good condition. We would recommend the service overall and Charlie in particular

On the coldest day of the year, my garage door broke. I called and received a prompt reply. Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Quick, responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Kyle got the job done on the spot and upgraded my door so it is easier to use and definitely better than ever. Dan was awesome! Showed up first thing, explained the repairs and future options. In this negative degree weather, I know it wasn't easy but he was conscious of the temperature and tried to keep the door closed as much as possible. As this is the second time they have done a repair for me, I won't use anyone else!
