Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.

This was the second time Jesse has helped us. We purchased a new garage door opener with camera and remotes. Jesse was very helpful and patient. He called when he was on his way and he was here about an hour. I would highly reccomend Precision to anyone and Jesse is just the best.

Daniel Floris did a good job on repairing my garage door opener. My garage door opener is more than 30 years old. Its operation mode is quite different from the current products. Daniel carefully inspected the control box, adjusted the metal parts, did door opener maintains. Finally he repaired the opener! Thanks Daniel!

Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

The garage door opener wouldn’t close for my wife while I was away. Within 24 hrs of calling on my return, Precision had a technician to our home!! The opener was put through a full set of tests while the technician explained each to me while they were being run. The final adjustments were also explained and the opener was back in business, all within 20 minutes!! Thank you Precision for your qualified and respectful team.
