Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything about our garage doors so we felt confident and informed. He pointed out a few things that could be improved, but there was never any pressure — just honest, helpful guidance about what we actually needed. He fixed our garage quickly and efficiently, and throughout the entire process he was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to — even when I interrupted him with questions while he was working. His calm, easygoing personality really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. We’re so glad we chose Precision. The company is amazing. They are professional and communicative and show up exactly when they say they are going to. My technician was Daniel Flores. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job with my issue, which was that the door was not closing. He explained why that was happening and provided further options in case I wanted to be proactive with other issues. Had a time when service for companies seems to be a thing of the past, Precision Door goes above and beyond.

On the coldest day of the year, my garage door broke. I called and received a prompt reply. Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Quick, responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Kyle got the job done on the spot and upgraded my door so it is easier to use and definitely better than ever. I don't impress easy.. this was impressive. Thank-you.

Kyle did an excellent job.arrived on time and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only negative, I thought the price for a new garage outside keypad for over three hundred dollars was tooooo expensive and Improbably could had done better of if I researched the job.This is no reflection on Kyle. Just finished a service call from Precision Garage regarding our broken garage door. The service techs Daniel and Anthony could not have been more helpful, professional and patient. They went over in detail all options. Once the work was done they reviewed it with me and my family and answered all questions. Dan was awesome! Showed up first thing, explained the repairs and future options. In this negative degree weather, I know it wasn't easy but he was conscious of the temperature and tried to keep the door closed as much as possible. As this is the second time they have done a repair for me, I won't use anyone else!

He made sure that our vehicles were properly linked to operate the door remotely. We were very happy with the service, particularly with the professionalism of the technician. Daniel Flores did a fine job. Explained and answered questions. However I was charged over $1000 for 2 extension springs, cables and pulleys. Upon a search for similar springs your charge of $220 each was highway robbery. $180 for a cable? I am fine with paying appropriate labor rate, not an issue but labor is not listed on the invoice. Am happy Daniel returned full function to the door. Precision does not list parts prices on website. Unprofessional practice to blindside customer with parts fees upon inspection knowing tech is at the residence and can do the job at that time. Cannot recommend Precision to any friends and neighbors based on non disclosure of parts charges on your website. Am pretty sure if customers saw your charges in advance they would look else where. Saw a similar BBB review re: parts charges after the fact. Shame on me for not checking BBB before calling you. Will be holding Precision to that service warranty.

I recently had my garage door serviced by Dan Flores and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. Dan was professional, informative, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. In addition to fixing the noise problem, he performed a thorough general service on the entire system. Kyle was great. He called as he was able to come early for my appointment. He quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me options for the job that was needed. He went right to work and was clean, neat and efficient. He tested and tested again to make sure everything he did was working properly. He then went over everything with me.
