Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. He explained the proposals very well and answered my questions. I chose the options I wanted to have installed, and he quickly got to work to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, neat, and kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and in Jesse's professionalism. I highly recommend Jesse for any garage door work you need to have done.

My experience with Precision Garage Door of Hudson Valley was a "10" - from the friendly and efficient person who answered my initial call, to a job expertly done by Anthony. I also appreciated the emails and texts with reminders of my service appointment as well as the bio on the repairman and his anticipated arrival time. Anthony was outstanding - personable, polite, and professional! He has exceptional diagnostic skills and expertly repaired my garage door! Thank you for such excellent service!

Dan came by and assessed and replaced a rather old garage door system. He was very professional, efficient, explained all options, and also identified a spring that was in need of replacement. Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Jesse Peligri is polite, very respectful, and courteous. He is absolutely an amazing technician. He is caring and he is a skilled professional. I was pressed for time and Jesse was most efficient with the time management, without compromising on the quality of his workmanship he did a quick installation of my garage door's new opener system.
