I phoned yesterday and a representative arrived here apx 9am today. I was given several options and quotes. I arrived at a conclusion and was told he could do the job now!! He investigated problem with current Garage Opener and recommended different options to resolve problem. I opted for the install of a new Garage Opener. Daniel installed a new Garage Opener and upon completion reviewed all aspects of the install with me and answered questions I asked. Daniel was an outstanding technician and representative for Precision. He contacted me prior to arrival. He ask questions about my garage door problem and inspected the door and opener. After review he provided me with options. I opted to have a new opener install. He gave me different models of openers and explained there differences. He installed my new opener efficiently and reviewed the install and instructed me on how to operate the unit. He was highly professional and great to work with!!
