I recently had my garage door serviced by Dan Flores and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. Dan was professional, informative, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issues with my loud garage door opener and its components, explaining everything in detail so I understood what was being done. In addition to fixing the noise problem, he performed a thorough general service on the entire system. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Dan Flores to anyone needing garage door repairs or maintenance.

Had an unexpected issue with my older garage doors. Precision came out the very next day and fixed. Discussed with me options on how I wanted it repaired as well as showed options to replace my existing doors due to age. I am impressed and very satisfied, so much so I decided to buy new garage doors to replace the 50 yr doors I currently have. The tech that came out, Daniel Flores, was an absolute rock star. I found him to be knowledgeable and personable. If this is how he handles all appointments he is the catch of the century...give that man a raise!
Hi Richard, Great to hear we could get out quickly and take care of your older doors, and even better that Daniel’s service made you confident in moving forward with new ones. We appreciate your feedback on his work. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

I first needed Precision Door last February 2025 when they replaced a broken door with a new Genie. Last week all the power went off. I called Precision and within 2 days Anthony turned up to fix it. It turned out to be a loose connection and now works perfectly. All done with no additional charge. I’m very happy with the service and recommend Precision any time.

Late last night, I heard a loud noise that sounded like something fell on my house. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I then tried to open my garage door and it wouldn’t open. I went on YouTube found out that I needed to replace a door spring, which I could not do. I had a flyer from Precision Overhead Garage Door service. I called them and they came the same day. The service technician Daniel was very professional and friendly. He gave me various options to fix my garage door. I chose the most basic option because I believed all I needed to replace was a spring. He replaced the spring fast and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did and I would highly recommend them. The only problem I have is that they try to upsell you with additional options that are very expensive. It’s not an hard sell, but if you’re not careful, you could spend thousands more than you intended. Other than that, they are great and I would use them again.
Hi Mark, Happy we could get to you the same day and that Daniel handled the spring replacement professionally. We appreciate your honesty about the experience. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.
