I first needed Precision Door last February 2025 when they replaced a broken door with a new Genie. Last week all the power went off. I called Precision and within 2 days Anthony turned up to fix it. It turned out to be a loose connection and now works perfectly. All done with no additional charge. I’m very happy with the service and recommend Precision any time.

Late last night, I heard a loud noise that sounded like something fell on my house. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I then tried to open my garage door and it wouldn’t open. I went on YouTube found out that I needed to replace a door spring, which I could not do. I had a flyer from Precision Overhead Garage Door service. I called them and they came the same day. The service technician Daniel was very professional and friendly. He gave me various options to fix my garage door. I chose the most basic option because I believed all I needed to replace was a spring. He replaced the spring fast and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did and I would highly recommend them. The only problem I have is that they try to upsell you with additional options that are very expensive. It’s not an hard sell, but if you’re not careful, you could spend thousands more than you intended. Other than that, they are great and I would use them again.

I am delighted to offer Dan Flores a tribute for his work in repairing our electric garage door system. Dan called in advance to inform me he was on his way, he showed up when he said he expected to and promptly went right to work. He then thoroughly examined every aspect of the door system, indicating some component issues that were not the primary problem but advising that they might eventually require needed attention. When Dan ID’d the primary problem, he indicated he was confident he could resolve it on the spot; having all the necessary parts to do so with him. He provided me three different options I had to get the system operating again and carefully outlined the “good, better, best” alternatives and the subsequent charges for each one of the choices. After making my choice, he promptly got to work, had completed the job in an hour and a half, then provided me User's Guide information material and explained how every new function operated and answered any/all questions I had. In wrapping up, he cleaned up the debris and failed parts, leaving the garage cleaner than it was when he got there!
