This was a bad week for me. First, the quick passing storm (likely a mini-tornado) demolished numerous VERY large trees on my property. A few days later, unrelated to the storm, my garage door failed. The people at the first company I spoke with seemed rather inexperienced, and wanted several days to order the parts. Then I contacted Precision. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Jesse P is great. He quickly understood the problem, and gave me options on the service to be done, even correcting an issue from a previous door company years ago. All the parts were with him, and he completed the job within a couple of hours. Everything is working properly now.

Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. He explained the proposals very well and answered my questions. I chose the options I wanted to have installed, and he quickly got to work to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, neat, and kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and in Jesse's professionalism. Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Absolutely a FIVE-star experience with this company and particularly our repairman Danny. This is saying a lot in 2024! From the time of my call to Precision to the time of completion was 3 hours! I had two springs replaced and 3 bearings. The door operates like new! I simply HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY garage door situations!
