Precision Service was beyond my expectations. Called them for help with garage keypads not programming. The scheduler gave me an appointment within 48 hrs. of calling them. Isaac, the technician, called before arriving. He listened to my issue, gave me a few repair options to choose from, and explained everything. He completed the repair timely. Very please with this service!

Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail.
