I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.

Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great.
