Isaac has lived in Poughkeepsie his entire life. He graduated from SUNY Albany with a degree in Informatics and Business. Isaac used to be a competitive swimmer but currently spends his free time playing basketball. He loves the color green, which is great for him since that's our company's color!

Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

One of our garage door openers is quite elderly - at least 30 years I'd guess. Unexpectedly the chain that lowers the door came off its track & so the door did not close properly. We had no idea why this happened. The next morning we called Overhead Garage Door & they were able to send a technician out within an hour, Isaac Ward. He found a trouble spot where the elderly door (creased years ago by an accident before we bought the house) was riding too hard against its track, causing resistance which led to the chain coming loose. He quickly & thoroughly made the proper adjustments, reattached the chain, and got everything working better than before. Friendly, excellent professional service.

The process was easy to schedule a technician to come out. Isaac was great. He contacted me to let me know he could be here earlier than scheduled if I’d like, which was fine.
