I purchased 2 garage door openers from Lowes with installation. Lowes installer screwed up the installation. Isaac from Precision Garage Door Service came to the rescue. He did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Isaac in particular.

Really pleasant people to deal with. Right from making a call to setup appointment and to the tech showing up to help me determine what I needed. Their tech, Isaac, was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing, how each of the models of openers worked and the best way to mount the opener. Best part, he was able to install it right then and there. No more having to manually open my door. Thank you.

Just had our first experience with your company for an estimate on a new garage door opener. Issac our tech was professional and thorough. He was kind and has a wonderful positive outlook. As well as the estimate, he checked out our existing opener and gave helpful suggestions. His smile brightened our day. We will be calling and requesting his services for any and all of our future garage door needs.

I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.
