Precision Service was beyond my expectations. Called them for help with garage keypads not programming. The scheduler gave me an appointment within 48 hrs. of calling them. Isaac, the technician, called before arriving. He listened to my issue, gave me a few repair options to choose from, and explained everything. He completed the repair timely. Very please with this service!

Isaac was great. Explained everything and provided a seamless installation from my older existing opener. This new opener is super quiet and the door is opening/closing very smoothly.

I wish to thank Precision for sending Isaac to my home for door remote repair. He thoroughly went thru the possible causes for the problem and when that was not fruitful, he had to replace the door opener, etc.. So happy to have a new door opener after so many years. Isaac was prompt, very knowledgeable, knew his stuff and is a cleanup specialist. He is an asset to your business and much appreciated by my wife and I.

Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac, the tech, was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider, explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.

My garage doors had been acting up for quite a few years, and I finally reached out to this company. From the moment I called, everything went smoothly. The technician showed up right on time, diagnosed all the issues quickly, and had all the parts needed on the spot. He was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly respectful of my time and home—explaining what went wrong in simple terms and even giving me tips on maintenance to avoid future problems. It’s refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work. My garage doors are now functioning better than ever, and I feel confident they will stay that way. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for honest, reliable repair work done right the first time.

I called Precision because one of my garage doors wouldn’t close automatically—even after I replaced the sensor. After hours of frustration, I decided to call in the pros. From the moment I scheduled service, the communication from Precision was top-notch. I was notified when my technician was on the way, so I never had to guess about timing. Isaac arrived and delivered excellent, professional service. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and walked me through my options. He was fair, knowledgeable, and never tried to oversell anything. I truly appreciated his expertise and honesty. I would definitely use Precision again for any garage door service needs.

Isaac was, first off, very apologetic that my service call hadn’t been prioritized, as my car was stuck in the garage all day. He clearly explained the different options for repair and was honest as to the condition of the various moving parts. He completed the work quickly and neatly, and made sure to have me personally test the door before leaving.

Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment from the company website. Within minutes of booking my appointment for service, Isaac contacted me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, assessed what I needed and provided me with several options. He then promptly installed a new garage door opener within the exact time that he quoted. He took his time in explaining and showing me all the details of the new opener and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and certainly Isaac was an excellent technician.

Our second time working with this company and was once again "wowed" by the service provided by an employee of Precision. A Five Star "slam dunk" working with Isaac. Informative, knowledgable, understanding and skilled. Isaac gave us all the options and answered all the questions I had about each of those options. If you need a team to give you the right fit for your needs call Precision. I'd call again in the future if necessary. Thank you Isaac. A pleasure meeting and working with you. Edmund M.

Very satisfied. Isaac, our service tech arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with our garage doors, how to repair/fix the issues and his truck was fully stocked with all necessary parts for this job. He made some sound recommendations and we will take into consideration for the near future. The company gave us a fast appointment, demonstrated good communication, organization and gave us great prices for all parts and labor, highly recommended. AB

Your service was fast. Isaac was here within 2 hours of my call. He let me know his eta when he was 1/2 hr away. He examined both our garage doors and gave us price options for the repairs. After our approval, Isaac fixed our garage doors and we couldn’t be happier. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Our granddaughter recommended your company after having her garage door repaired and we would also recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door replacement or repair.

As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I picked Precision for my garage needs. They did the garage doors at my old house and this one too. I've had this one for 5 years and other than the light have had no issues whatsover. Thanks Precision.
