Jared arrived to see our garage door right on time, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming and when. When I told him I would like a new door and motor, too, he brought out some flyers and explained exactly what was involved from soup to nuts! He was very helpful, and of course, being concerned with how much it would all cost, he was very specific and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even the most simple ones that I felt that I should know! But being new to all this, I very much appreciated his knowledge and experience. He measured everything and told me exactly what it would cost, and gave me a rough idea when the company could start. He was considerate and polite, too.
