Kyle did such a great job tuning up my garage door. He also changed the springs and keypad that I’ve had for years. He was very good about explaining the job before he started. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I was never pressured to choose one over the other, rather I was educated about each option, which was a pleasure and very much appreciated. Kyle then went ahead with my approved option. He was professional, courteous and personable. Within 45 minutes Kyle completed the repair. He then methodically and carefully checked all the work he had done. In short, Kyle is a wonderful and knowledgeable technician. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service. I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. These days it's so rare to experience good customer service but PGD does just that both when installing and a quick adjustment. Thank you

Kyle looked at my problem door opener which was pulling away from wall, and gave me 3 options. We went with repair and tune up and he secured door, and tightened everything on both doors and lubricated both in about an hour. The door is secure and much quieter. Very happy. And I learned how to lubricate going forward.

Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.

On the coldest day of the year, my garage door broke. I called and received a prompt reply. Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience.
