As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I picked Precision for my garage needs. They did the garage doors at my old house and this one too. I've had this one for 5 years and other than the light have had no issues whatsover. Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. Best investment in our home business! The new garage door is literally making our lives much easier with faster access. The door is so quiet and opens very smoothly. Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.
