Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience. I just had my garage door repaired by Precision doors and the service was great. The technician was very professional, he went over all the parts and explained what should be done. All of the hardware was replaced, the technician explained everything that was done and adjusted the door opener. The door works great, you can hardly hear it when it is used. What a great job, the technician was fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
