Matthew Lawrence was a Godsend. He came to evaluate what was happening to my Garage Door in a timely manner.He took his time to examine the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what was happening. He also was able to provide a quote of what would be needed in the near future to keep my doors functioning at optimum levels. He was very professional and most important he was patient and kind. Completely satisfied with the service we received today. The Rep contacted us in advance to let us know what time he'd be here. He arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find out the issue. He communicated clearly and was able to fix the door within an hour. Our door is super quiet for the first time ever! We will contact Precision again for any necessary repairs or when we need new doors. We had an overall great experience. I highly recommend them!

Our seven year old garage door (not a Precision door or installation) never really functioned correctly. When it was raised or lowered it sounded as if the entire thing might come crashing to the floor. More recently when lowered the door would rack in the track and seem to be sticking along as it closed. Our technician was Jesse. He is excellent. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He sized up the problem immediately, explained two options of repair to us (each with very fair pricing) and once we selected an option, he started work. Within an hour he was finished and the door works better than it ever has. Great work! We're very pleased with the entire experience with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone. A high quality organization.

Their incredible staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and we were NEVER pressured to buy or given short shrift because they had another call to make. This place gets 5+ stars as a rating. I have never seen a business be more responsive to a customer’s needs. In less than a half hour from my call requesting assistance, I received a call back from Jesse the technician from Precision. This guy really knows his stuff. In addition to getting to the house in under an hour from the time of my call, Jesse completed installation of a new garage door opener in no time at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are miracle workers when it comes to garage door issues.

In order to be the BEST you need to team with the BEST. Jesse is the consummate Professional, Technically astute, sincere, honest, and very quickly demonstrated his direct communication and integrity. His helper today, John, was also outstanding, their backgrounds go back to high school days; they simply complimented each other. My Garage door spring broke, I asked for replacement and whatever should be done to repair the Garage doors to top condition. Jesse recommended spring replacement, safety cables, and replacement door hardware to allow for optimum performance; my opener was working fine, electrical fine, and chain track in good condition. I quickly had my work scope, estimate, and timing estimate which was twice as fast since I luckily had two very skilled Technicians. I signed the authorization, left them alone and when I decided to check on them, they advised thy were done ! WOW ! Outstanding and FAST. They were BOTH personable, friendly, very skilled and efficient. They had made all adjustments and the doors are rattle free and smooth, the quietest they have been in some time. Just a terrific customer experience. What brought me to Precision Garage Door Service in the 1st place were the QUALITY of the ads published in the Poughkeepsie Journal, I was impressed as they looked so Professional. I was intending to call them independent of the spring breaking, my good fortune for finding such a great Company. !!
