This place gets 5+ stars as a rating. I have never seen a business be more responsive to a customer’s needs. In less than a half hour from my call requesting assistance, I received a call back from Jesse the technician from Precision. This guy really knows his stuff. In addition to getting to the house in under an hour from the time of my call, Jesse completed installation of a new garage door opener in no time at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are miracle workers when it comes to garage door issues.

In order to be the BEST you need to team with the BEST. Jesse is the consummate Professional, Technically astute, sincere, honest, and very quickly demonstrated his direct communication and integrity. His helper today, John, was also outstanding, their backgrounds go back to high school days; they simply complimented each other. My Garage door spring broke, I asked for replacement and whatever should be done to repair the Garage doors to top condition. Jesse recommended spring replacement, safety cables, and replacement door hardware to allow for optimum performance; my opener was working fine, electrical fine, and chain track in good condition. I quickly had my work scope, estimate, and timing estimate which was twice as fast since I luckily had two very skilled Technicians. I signed the authorization, left them alone and when I decided to check on them, they advised thy were done ! WOW ! Outstanding and FAST. They were BOTH personable, friendly, very skilled and efficient. They had made all adjustments and the doors are rattle free and smooth, the quietest they have been in some time. Just a terrific customer experience. What brought me to Precision Garage Door Service in the 1st place were the QUALITY of the ads published in the Poughkeepsie Journal, I was impressed as they looked so Professional. I was intending to call them independent of the spring breaking, my good fortune for finding such a great Company. !!

With 24/7 service i called first thing on a Sunday morning and there was a technician at my home by noon. The technician Jesse was kind and curtious. He had my garage door fixed within an hour. The spring broke on the garage door & I called Precision the next day. They sent Jared out to fix it. He installed new springs & rollers. His work was very good. The garage door works better than new, & is quieter than before. Jared is very professional.

Jared arrived on time as promised. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all questions. Although we called for preventative maintenance and to check the functioning of the garage doors, he pointed out several concerns. We ended up having pulleys replaced and a new motor installed. Everything works perfectly!

Anthony was great, arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and got right to work fixing it. The door was making a lot of clanging and banging noise, particularly when it was on the way down. He found the reason for it, went out to the truck, and fixed it in a short period of time. Now it works like it used to when he they installed it in April. He also explained exactly why it was making those noises so I would know. That's important to me. I am very happy now that my garage door has been restored to the way it used to be.Thanks, Anthony! Jared arrived to see our garage door right on time, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming and when. When I told him I would like a new door and motor, too, he brought out some flyers and explained exactly what was involved from soup to nuts! He was very helpful, and of course, being concerned with how much it would all cost, he was very specific and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even the most simple ones that I felt that I should know! But being new to all this, I very much appreciated his knowledge and experience. He measured everything and told me exactly what it would cost, and gave me a rough idea when the company could start. He was considerate and polite, too.
