Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I never expected to get a service call so quickly, Jesse was there within the hour. He was abslutely great, he was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. He serviced my doors completely. I'll definitely be spreading the good news. Thanks again and a special thanks to Jesse.

Daniel F from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great job replacing a broken torsion spring and replacing other worn items on my garage door. He clearly reviewed repair options with itemized prices that I could easily decide on and pick. He took extra time to make sure the new spring was correct for the weight of the door. Now it seems to open and close smoothly, better than before. Thank you!
