Telephone contact is wonderful. NO putting customer on hold, clear concise English. Appointment for estimate made without a problem. I needed 2 complete doors . He replaced the defective device that was under warranty, checked all my opening devices and repaired a minor issue my lock (caused by a potential break in attempt) and serviced the door to ensure it was working perfectly.
