Our belt broke on our lift master garage door that was quite old. Precision's tech Robert Zuniga was super professional and extremely helpful. He quickly gave me pricing options and explained the benefits and costs of each choice. He assisted with other garage door issues we were experiencing at no additional cost. He did a quick job with the new installation and removed the old equipment saving me the hassle. Precision is very tech enabled with their service updates by text and made the entire experience very easy.

Precision Door Service of Hudson Valley was AMAZING! Customer Service Rep. Beth took my call, answered all my questions AND got me an appt. the same day! I received texts AND a phone call with updates, prior to arrival and Alan Ramirez and partner were early and completed not 1 but 2 garage doors within the time quoted! They were very polite, friendly and went over my problem areas and what would be best for our 2 car garage doors. They showed me how all worked and we tested them out perfectly. I am VERY happy with the job, as we've never had either garage door serviced in the 5 years we've been in this house. They were also very warming to our Goldendoodle Chloe, who rarely gets to meet new people. WONDERFUL JOB & EXPERIENCE today!!! I had called Precision Door to have someone take a look at my garage door, which was squeaking when it closed. Roberto arrived on time, and was very professional as he checked out my problem. He did some preliminary checks, and then he greased some parts of the motor, which he thought would solve the problem. Unfortunately, none of his solutions worked to solve the problem. Roberto then discussed with me some more options that might solve the problem. All in all, it was a good visit, as Roberto was honest and did not try to upsell me on any of the solutions at that time. I would highly recommend Precision Door for their honesty and integrity to anyone wishing to have an electronic garage door system installed or repaired.

7/19/21 Precision overhead had enough of an existing excellent reputation that choosing any other company would have been just foolish. Master technician Louis arrived as scheduled, assessed the necessary issues and began working immediately. My antiquated circa 1996 door opener was finally being replaced. Louis was highly knowledgeable and had my new door opener operational within an hour’s time. If you’re a customer who is considering shopping other companies just don’t…. You’ll waste your time. Precision is the final word. Ask for Louis.
