Called with a problem with the outdoor keypad installed in 2018. They had someone out within 24 hours. The tech asked if I wanted a full lub and inspection. Great idea. Love this company. Highly recommend!

I called for a minor warranty repair/adjustment. The technician, Luke, came when he said he would. He explained what the problem was and how he would correct it. Did the adjustment in 10-15 minutes and was on his way. He was courteous, competent, and VERY professional. In fact I find your entire organization very professional. Would definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Over the years we have used Precision Garage Service twice. Once to install two new automatic systems and the other to fix a loose safety eye wire. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. So, having them come to do routine maintenance on the doors proved again to be an excellent experience. The technician Xavi R. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what work he would be performing. Xavi asked if we had any questions or issues he could address and then worked carefully and expeditiously. When he was finished he showed us exactly what he did and again asked of we had questions. Xavi was courteous, humorous and ensured he followed all the new Corona virus protocols. My highest compliments to Xavi and Precision Door for ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction remain their primary goals.
