Extremely happy with the service I received today. Luke, the technician called to let me know he was on the way. When he got there he went over the details of what needed to be done and gave me options. No pressure at all to do anything I didn't think need to be done. He was very thorough and neat in doing the job. Very happy and would recommend this company to do the work. I did not know Precision. I took a chance. The first good sign was the receptionists who was very polite. She said next week was the earliest. I asked if we could have our repair the next day. She said "I will try". After waiting a short time she arranged for the next AM. Perfect. Luke arrived right on time, was very professional, informative, polite and friendly. Again a perfect combination. I would not go anywhere else.

Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.
