We were very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door service starting with the very first step with an appointment with their Door Designer, Michael Pleu. Our garage door opener failed early this summer so we researched companies and chose Precision to provide us with an estimate. We decided to give them our business right away without getting any other estimates because of the prompt, courteous and professionalism he displayed. We also decided to replace our 27 year old garage door since we had been discussing doing so before the failure of the GDO. Good price and great service!

Precision Service was beyond my expectations. Called them for help with garage keypads not programming. The scheduler gave me an appointment within 48 hrs. of calling them. Isaac, the technician, called before arriving. He listened to my issue, gave me a few repair options to choose from, and explained everything. He completed the repair timely. Very please with this service!
