Hi good afternoon, we thought Tyler was absolutely terrific, polite knowledgeable and service oriented we have no complaint with his work or how he went about it we were totally satisfied. We felt the price point was high for the work that was done but we're happy to have it finished and we were happy to have had Tyler. We think this young fellow will really move up in your company he has the qualities to be in management. From the person who answered the phone to the clean truck that came we really had no complaints except for the price. The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and really nice also. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Checked out the door completely and knew just how to make the repair. He installed a new door support bracket and made adjustments to the springs. The door is once again working great. Very pleased with Precision.

As a homeowner, it's not often that a web search of local businesses yields such great results. A web search turned up Precision Garage Door Service online. Easy to schedule the service. The technician Ferdinand K. was friendly and did a great repair on our garage door. Showed up on time and the door was repaired within an hour. I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.
