It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!

Very quick response by your company. From Beth who took my call and your tech, Tyler, who did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and offering 3 solutions to solve it. I chose the 3rd option to have the complete repair so the door is completely repaired with warranty. I also got the Veteran discount offered by Precision. My neighbor, Charley Preziosi, recommended your firm & told me of the Veteran discount.

I have used Precision two times and both times I have been greatly impressed by the service. From the initial phone call to arrange service, to the service persons showing up to do the work, it is always the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The technicians are good at what they do, and they do the job very well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Spot on with resolving the problem and not overcharging. Nice, personable, and professional servicemen arrived at the house - they even called and asked if they could come early. YES !! Reasonably priced and dependable. The 2 young men were extremely comfortable to be around. Again, Highly recommend and would use again. Thank you. Elissa and Dave Moskowitz

Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. They explained clearly what was wrong and gave us options for repair. Once we chose the option we preferred, they proceeded to fix it in a very reasonable time. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that care about their customers and provide great service. We highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thank you to Luke and Matt!

Matt and Luke solved my problem and made sure everything was in tiptop working order. They were courteous and professional. Luke handled the repairs and Matt took his time explaining everything that needed to be done. I don’t have a comparison to rate the cost but I was very satisfied with the service.

Precision Door Service of Hudson Valley was AMAZING! Customer Service Rep. Beth took my call, answered all my questions AND got me an appt. the same day! I received texts AND a phone call with updates, prior to arrival and Alan Ramirez and partner were early and completed not 1 but 2 garage doors within the time quoted! They were very polite, friendly and went over my problem areas and what would be best for our 2 car garage doors. They showed me how all worked and we tested them out perfectly. I am VERY happy with the job, as we've never had either garage door serviced in the 5 years we've been in this house. They were also very warming to our Goldendoodle Chloe, who rarely gets to meet new people. WONDERFUL JOB & EXPERIENCE today!!! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Garage Door Service for your home!!! THANK YOU ??????????

Jesse has come to my home to do a rebuild and had done an outstanding job both times and is the reason I call Precision. The employees are also very helpful and go above and beyond. If you're going elsewhere for all your garage door needs, repairs, replacements, you're missing the boat by a wide margin. Precision is "the" place to go.

Very professional company. A real person answered the phone and I believe it was after 5pm! He was very courteous on the phone. The next morning Luke showed up and presented all my options. He was informative and very amiable and finished the job in a timely fashion. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

Able to replace broken spring early in the day. Luke and his assistant were professional. Everything was explained to me. I opted for a suggested replacement of a small part that, although working, was worn. I found the company to be reliable and honest.

I had called Precision Door to have someone take a look at my garage door, which was squeaking when it closed. Roberto arrived on time, and was very professional as he checked out my problem. He did some preliminary checks, and then he greased some parts of the motor, which he thought would solve the problem. Unfortunately, none of his solutions worked to solve the problem. Roberto then discussed with me some more options that might solve the problem. All in all, it was a good visit, as Roberto was honest and did not try to upsell me on any of the solutions at that time. I would highly recommend Precision Door for their honesty and integrity to anyone wishing to have an electronic garage door system installed or repaired.
