Over the years we have used Precision Garage Service twice. Once to install two new automatic systems and the other to fix a loose safety eye wire. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. So, having them come to do routine maintenance on the doors proved again to be an excellent experience. The technician Xavi R. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what work he would be performing. Xavi asked if we had any questions or issues he could address and then worked carefully and expeditiously. When he was finished he showed us exactly what he did and again asked of we had questions. Xavi was courteous, humorous and ensured he followed all the new Corona virus protocols. My highest compliments to Xavi and Precision Door for ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction remain their primary goals.

They needed it they were originals to the house of 23 years. Would recommend for simply repairs as well as rebuilds like mine. A+

I just had my garage door repaired by Precision doors and the service was great. The technician was very professional, he went over all the parts and explained what should be done. All of the hardware was replaced, the technician explained everything that was done and adjusted the door opener. The door works great, you can hardly hear it when it is used. Luke & Precision Door are excellent. I’ve been meaning to write this review sooner but I recently closed and moved into this house and I’ve got a lot on my plate. I didn’t know what to expect when I hired them to repair my electronic garage door. It had suddenly gone off the track the night before. The firm has an efficient process by which they schedule a customer Via the main office and then dispatch a technician to your home. And as the technician is on the way, they send a text with a link in real time showing the technician’s route and whereabouts as he’s heading to your location. This, for me, was a good beginning. When Luke arrived I noticed he was instantly personable and confident and diagnosed the problem. He presented a plan which I approved and within a half hour he had fixed it, replaced the cables and lubricated the system. It’s been a month since it was repaired and I’ve had no issues. I would hire them again if anything, god forbid, occurs. And I would want Luke to be the Technician again. I always think, whenever possible, consistency is best.
