I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. I would recommend Precision to anyone!!!!

Effective and efficient garage door maintenance service! Jessie is a true professional. 30 minutes replacing a warranty part was a little expensive, IMHO.

Greeted professionally and courteously from the first person who answered my call and swiftly scheduled my service! Received confirmation and communication about what to expect AND was informed with not only the name of the tech But a friendly bio. Tyler arrived timely and was careful to listen and learn about what my needs were. Tyler was patient answering my questions and once I made the decision, Tyler set about getting to work! Tyler was thorough- left no mess and remained pleasant throughout the install and reviewed everything after the install. I am impressed with Precision and already shared my positive experience with my employer and a couple of coworkers. Thank you - customer centric service is often rare these days! Much appreciated!
