Greeted professionally and courteously from the first person who answered my call and swiftly scheduled my service! Received confirmation and communication about what to expect AND was informed with not only the name of the tech But a friendly bio. Tyler arrived timely and was careful to listen and learn about what my needs were. Tyler was patient answering my questions and once I made the decision, Tyler set about getting to work! Tyler was thorough- left no mess and remained pleasant throughout the install and reviewed everything after the install. I am impressed with Precision and already shared my positive experience with my employer and a couple of coworkers. Thank you - customer centric service is often rare these days! Much appreciated! Thank you

I was very pleased with the response to my call after 5 p.m. on Friday, 5/12/2023, and actually talked to a real person. Shannon was very understanding to my need to get the car out of the garage. The next day, Matt Lawrence arrived with a completely supplied truck. He evaluated the situation and gave me some options to repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with such friendly people.
