Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional from the salesperson who originally came to my house for the estimate, to the technicians who installed the doors, to the office staff. I had a glitch with one of the doors after installation and the response to address it was done very quickly. The Branch Manager came out and took care of it himself. Quality product and company!

Garage door spring broke on a Saturday and called Precision based on Angie’s List. Customer service representative was able to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jared showed up on time on and inspected the garage door. Based on his recommendation and age of the garage door, we had the garage door rebuilt. Jared was professional and did a great job in replacing all necessary parts and ensured that all it worked perfectly. I definitely recommend Precision.

I called Precision Door because they promised same day service. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. However, because they could not come the same day, they did not charge me for the service call as stated on their website. Imagine that, a business that actually keeps its promise. Rick, the service technician could not have been more courteous or professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair, explaining what he was doing the entire time. In addition to the repair, he performed some preventive maintainance and now my garage door works as good as new. I will call Precision Door for any work that needs to be done on my garage door in the future and recommend them to my friends.
