I had a protection agreement with Sears. They came out and the agreement covered next to nothing. Not only did they want to charge me an arm and a leg for the repair, but the parts that needed to be ordered would have taken three weeks to get. I called Precision. Not only were they professional and accomodating, but the parts were on their truck ready for installation. My Technician Jesse P. was AWESOME !!!! THANK YOU !!!!

Possibly the most professional CO. I have ever dealt with. I called for help before 9AM on a Sunday and I spoke to a real person. They were able to help me the very next morning. The Mechanic and his vehicle were sharp. I was given a few options for the repair. The Mechanic did a fast, neat job. I was very happy with everything. Highly recommend!!
