I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..

Our technician, Luke , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with the garage opener. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the opener and was courteous and professional throughout. He was very helpful too in setting up our vehicles with the garage door remote access . Yesterday the spring on my garage door snapped. Within less then 24 hours the repairs were completed by Chris. All new hardware was installed. Chris was kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting both garage doors repaired. They are quiet and look brand new. Chris was able to complete the work efficiently and professionally and was very informative. I had a protection agreement with Sears. They came out and the agreement covered next to nothing. Not only did they want to charge me an arm and a leg for the repair, but the parts that needed to be ordered would have taken three weeks to get. I called Precision. Not only were they professional and accomodating, but the parts were on their truck ready for installation. My Technician Jesse P. was AWESOME !!!! THANK YOU !!!!
