The service tech was very polite, however for the replacement of two torsion springs the price was three time the average cost. That’s really taking advantage of customers!!!!!! Zero Star rating.

Yesterday the spring on my garage door snapped. Within less then 24 hours the repairs were completed by Chris. All new hardware was installed. Chris was kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting both garage doors repaired. They are quiet and look brand new. Chris was able to complete the work efficiently and professionally and was very informative. I had a protection agreement with Sears. They came out and the agreement covered next to nothing. Not only did they want to charge me an arm and a leg for the repair, but the parts that needed to be ordered would have taken three weeks to get. I called Precision. Not only were they professional and accomodating, but the parts were on their truck ready for installation. My Technician Jesse P. was AWESOME !!!! THANK YOU !!!!
