Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.

Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. The issue with my garage door was resolved. The staff was exceptional...Ferdinand was courteous and knowledgeable, the customer representatives: Sarah, Jennifer and Nicole were very helpful and professional. This is the 2nd time I used their service and proven to be outstanding. I recommended Precision Garage Door to my neighbor and was very satisfied. Keep up the good work!

The whole process replacing my garage door opener was very smooth and quick. Luke S was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process from getting to know my new garage door opener to installing MyQ app on my phone. I'm happy with the service.

The service tech was very polite, however for the replacement of two torsion springs the price was three time the average cost. That’s really taking advantage of customers!!!!!! Zero Star rating.

Ryan and his colleague ( I think his name was Andy) were very professional and courteous. They took their time to explain to me the issue and tips on how to maintain the door. The end result seems very nice. I purchased a few things, but the form below only allowed for 1 option.

Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment. Thanks again! You are model to your peers!
