Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience. Thank you Sarah and Luke.

Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!

We selected due to the positive reviews, and were pleased to be able to book online and get a Saturday appointment with only a few hours notice. Text updates for our tech's arrival were appreciated too. Our tech, Luke, arrived well within the specified time limit, repaired our door efficiently and professionally, as well as explaining the problem and our options for repair (without upselling). Will definitely use again. Positive experience - 5 stars! ??

Our technician Luke was fantastic. He provided useful information and explained everything in detail, which was much appreciated. His approach to providing an up-sale was very good. We decided to purchase an upgraded repair that was reasonable and well-worth the investment. The arrival time was within the stated timeframe as was the anticipated repair work. Thanks Luke!

It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!

I’m very thankful because I had an appt for Sunday and received a message someone could come today! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family for sure!!

Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. They explained clearly what was wrong and gave us options for repair. Once we chose the option we preferred, they proceeded to fix it in a very reasonable time. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that care about their customers and provide great service. We highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thank you to Luke and Matt!

Jesse has come to my home to do a rebuild and had done an outstanding job both times and is the reason I call Precision. The employees are also very helpful and go above and beyond. If you're going elsewhere for all your garage door needs, repairs, replacements, you're missing the boat by a wide margin. Precision is "the" place to go.

Very professional company. A real person answered the phone and I believe it was after 5pm! He was very courteous on the phone. The next morning Luke showed up and presented all my options. He was informative and very amiable and finished the job in a timely fashion. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

Able to replace broken spring early in the day. Luke and his assistant were professional. Everything was explained to me. I opted for a suggested replacement of a small part that, although working, was worn. I found the company to be reliable and honest.
